Your vehicle must meet these conditions:
• Failed an emissions test.
• Registered in your area for at least 12 months preceding your application.
Or:
• Is at least 10 years old and gasoline powered.
• Registered in your area for at least 12 months preceding your application.
• Passed a Texas safety inspection or emmissions inspection within 15 months of your replacement application.
